With 15mm diameter, these metal drill bits feature a milled shaft and are made by high-performance, high-speed steel (HSS) manufactured to DIN 33 for longer life. Drills above 13mm (1/2-in) have a shank reduced to 12.7mm. For use in alloyed and unalloyed steels up to 900N/MM2 steel cast steel, grey cast-iron, sphericalgraphite cast iron, sintered iron, nickel, brass, etc. Precision ground twist for rapid drilling, long life and excellent concentricity.
